THE AROMATHERAPY WINDING METHOD as a weight loss method and cellulite treatment

schlank produkte großhandel, aromawickel großhandel

The "aroma wrap" is a product made of herbs that stimulates the burning of fat in the body. The wrap breaks down lipids that are never broken down in normal fat metabolism.
These include LDL cholesterol, triglycerides and of course cellulite. Membrane-forming lipids are not broken down, but they are tightened while releasing energy.

The body's energy supply is extremely increased with the "aroma wrap", in two different phases. First, a strong blood circulation (hyperaemia) occurs in the treated areas and then, towards the end of the treatment, a reduced temperature achieves its effect.
After applying the bandages, hyperaemia develops in the treated areas (i.e. from the ankles to under the breast) after about 5 - 10 minutes.
This hyperaemia causes the body to send oxygen-loaded blood cells to all these places, which also helps the mitochondria (the power plants in our cells) to produce more energy. CO2 is then transported away again by the blood cells.
As already mentioned above, a reduced temperature develops towards the end of the treatment, which may also lead to slight shivering from case to case.

From this point on, the body is in a pre-simulated situation and will immediately begin to break down all forms of energy available to it as quickly as possible.

In the next step, lipoproteins (lipids bound to protein) are sent off by the liver, waste products loaded with energy are broken down, and of course the fat cells of the cellulite are degenerated.

The so-called fat burning (enzymatic breakdown of high-molecular fats via the citrate cycle) must be reduced to the lowest common denominator of all forms of energy in the body (creatine phosphate). From the creatine phosphate obtained, the body can immediately generate ATP again, which then helps to produce energy in the mitochondria.
This limitation to creatine phosphate building blocks allows the body to replenish glucose stores and provide other forms of energy that the body also needs.

The so-called fat burning can only take place in a resting phase (such as during sleep). For the breakdown of the high-molecular fats, the body needs all the energy it has available to carry out the enzymatic breakdown.
If this resting phase takes place after a sporting activity, and the person concerned has also completed "strength training", then the fat cells are stimulated to convert into muscle cells. This leads to an enlargement of the muscle areas in the problem zones of the body, especially the thighs and buttocks.

The "aroma wrap" then creates a targeted build-up of the musculature with simultaneous reduction of fatty tissue on the thighs, buttocks and abdomen!

Before the wrapping method, exercise would be beneficial because the goal is to lose body weight (fat).
With the "aroma wrap", blockages are removed, hyperacidity is neutralised (all stress leads to hyperacidity of the tissue), and the lymphs are stimulated. Afterwards you feel looser, lighter and peppier.

The "aroma wrap" is therefore very well applicable as a cellulite treatment.

Tipps & Tricks

Do you have questions about our wrapping treatments? You are sure to find the right answers in our "Tips & Tricks" category. Among other things, we explain the principle of action of our products, explain the correct treatment technique and inform you about the most common treatment mistakes. So nothing stands in the way of the great "Wiener Kosmetikum Wrap Experience"!

Aromatherapy wrapping method

The "aroma wrap" is a product made of herbs that stimulates the burning of fat in the body. The wrap breaks down lipids that are never broken down in normal fat metabolism.

These include LDL cholesterol, triglycerides and of course cellulite. The additional membrane-forming lipids are not broken down, but they are tightened while releasing energy.

Operating principle

The active substances of the respective wrapping liquid trigger a strong hyperaemia on the skin surface to which they have been applied by means of bandages. A strong feeling of warmth develops on the skin surface, followed by an inner coldness. Due to the strong rush of blood in the skin surface, the underlying tissue cools down very strongly and the body is forced to burn more energy, i.e. to set the fat burning process in motion, in order to compensate for the cold that has developed in the wrapped areas. Maintaining a constant internal body temperature is vital for the human organism.

The fat burning and purification process activated by the treatment lasts three to five hours according to experience and should not be interrupted by external or internal heat supply (food, hot drinks, alcohol, etc.)!

Mode of action of the aroma oils

Through the strong warming of the skin surface, we also achieve that the applied aromatic oil can penetrate very deeply into the skin layers without the aid of external heat supply, such as electric blankets or deep heat, and can fully develop its effect there. The result is velvety soft skin.

With the help of the bandage, we achieve a significant tightening of the tissue.

With the aromatherapy wrap method, the fat burning process, metabolism and lymph flow are activated and this leads to a thorough purification, detoxification and deacidification of the body.

Foundations for the success of treatment

1. counselling session
The counselling session in which you explain the principle of the aromatherapy wrapping method to the client is of great importance. Show your client how the aromatherapy wrapping method, combined with regular exercise and a balanced diet, can help her achieve the figure of her dreams

2. customer card
We recommend that you keep a client card for each client. This will help you to tailor the aromatherapy wrapping method to the needs of your client and lead to success.

3. determine the skin condition
For ladies with very sensitive skin, a compatibility test should be carried out. Apply a few drops of Aromawickel soft (for mixing ratio see treatment preparation) in the pulse area. The customer should tell you the next day how long the reddening of the skin lasted, whether the skin was raised or even whether wheals (small water blisters) formed. If the reddening of the skin has lasted longer than 5 hours, if the skin has become raised and/or if wheals have formed, no aromatherapy wrapping treatment should be carried out.

4. movement
It should be clarified whether your client is under-exercised, regularly does light endurance exercise or sports.

5. eating and drinking habits
Eating and drinking habits should be clarified in mutual dialogue.

6. state of health
In addition, the state of health must be clarified, whether the hormone balance is in order according to the age of the client, especially whether there is an oestrogen surplus or deficiency, whether the thyroid gland is working properly, the digestion is functioning and the metabolism is in the normal range. Apart from our eating, drinking and exercise habits, it is above all our hormone balance that determines how much water, fat and waste products are stored in our body and whether our glands are working properly. We are thinking here especially of the thyroid gland, which often tends to work too slowly due to the hormonal changes during the menopause, and as a result the body stores more water and fat.

If the customer suffers from a chronic illness, the doctor should first clarify whether the aromatherapy wrapping method may be used. This also applies to people with a weak circulation and to people with varicose veins.

7. treatment frequency
The wrapping treatment should be carried out at least twice a week. However, optimum success is achieved when wrapping is carried out 3 times a week.

8. self-treatment
On the days between the wrapping treatments we recommend that the client treats the problem areas herself with our blood circulation stimulating creams or gels. Furthermore, we recommend that the client drink 1 bowl of purifying tea 3 times a day for 3 weeks from the beginning of the treatment.
Please give the client 1 bowl of purifying tea before each wrapping treatment.

9. eating
The client should not eat any food that is difficult to digest 2-3 hours before the treatment. She should also not come to you with an empty stomach. In both cases, the strong hyperaemia (blood circulation) of the skin surface could lead to a certain bloodlessness in the brain. The result would be nausea and in people with poor circulation it could even lead to fainting.

10. Drinking
We recommend drinking enough fluids daily in the form of water, unsweetened tea, freshly squeezed fruit and/or vegetable juices. Ample fluid intake. aids digestion, facilitates the removal of toxins and waste products from the body and moisturises the skin. Skin that is adequately supplied with moisture is smooth and wrinkle-free.

The consumption of industrially produced lemonades and energy drinks of any kind should be avoided, as all of the drinks listed have a high sugar content. We recommend reducing alcohol and nicotine consumption to a minimum. The motto here is: "Less or nothing is more".

11. eating habits
One of the most difficult hurdles that the client usually has to overcome is wrong eating behaviour.
A behaviour pattern that has been stuck for years cannot be changed overnight; it requires great willpower and discipline, but it is worth it. Diets of any kind usually lead to one-sided nutrition and thus to deficiency symptoms in the body. Not to mention the famous "YO-YO effect" - quickly losing 10 kilos of body weight and quickly gaining 15 kilos again. The resulting frustration, as well as mental and physical discomfort, is great.

We recommend well-balanced, well-cooked, energy-enriched mixed food that corresponds to our home cuisine, lots of fruit and vegetables. Raw fruits and vegetables should be eaten mainly by early afternoon, as they usually lead to painful flatulence when eaten later in the day, especially for people who have a sedentary job.
The daily amount of food should be divided into 4 to 5 meals, as small portions can be digested better by the body. Furthermore, the regular, frequent intake of food sends a message to the brain that there is enough food available and that it is not necessary to build up large fat deposits for possible "times of hunger or need".
The body gets used relatively quickly to eating small amounts of food several times a day, taking in what it needs and excreting what is too much. This means that the first step towards weight reduction has already been taken.
Avoid eating fast food, denatured food, portions that are too large, food without a feeling of hunger, and food prepared without fat.

12. endurance exercise
We do not necessarily recommend using the general statement "do sport regularly from now on" in conversation, as "doing sport" brings up the inner image of pressure to perform, torment, pain, frustration, inability, etc. in most of us.
A light endurance exercise in fresh air, which in its intensity leads to an activation of the fat burning process, tightens the tissue, and promotes the maintenance and building of the musculature. is recommended.
It is important that the body is exercised regularly, that the client does not overexert herself and that the physical performance is slowly increased by means of interval training. Physical overexertion interrupts the fat-burning process and the body gets the necessary energy to master the effort directly from the available carbohydrates.

Ideal types of exercise are:
- 30 minutes of brisk walking daily
- 15- 30 minutes of cycling daily
light jogging 3 times a week (target distance 3 km)
- 3 times a week swimming - 20 minutes.

13. solarium & sun
The client should not sunbathe or visit the solarium before the treatment so that the skin surface is not overstimulated by the wrapping treatment.

14. showers, sauna & baths
After the wrapping treatment, everything that warms the body from the inside or outside, i.e. ends the internal cold state, must be refrained from, because this also ends the fat burning process and the efficiency of the treatment is no longer given. The aim is to let the internal cold state last as long as possible, because during this time the body falls back on its energy reserves, which it stores in the form of fat in the female body in the problem zones thighs, belly and buttocks.

Therefore, no hot bath, no hot shower, no sauna or solarium visit and no sunbathing after the aromatherapy wrap treatment!

15. relaxation
While your client is resting, pamper her with relaxing music or a soothing facial lymphatic drainage. The more comfortable your client feels, the greater the mental, psychological and physical relaxation and the more efficient the purification process through the aromatherapy wrapping method.

16. additional treatments
Offer additional treatments that have a positive effect on the connective tissue, on the reduction of fat cells, on the lymph flow and the fat burning process.

Additional treatments recommended by us:
• Manual facial, full or partial body lymphatic drainage
• Light, dry brush massage
• APM massage for cellulite
• Pulling the spleen meridian to supply energy to the spleen. Cellulite is usually the result of an energy void in the spleen according to TCM (TCM=Traditional Chinese Medicine).
• Cupping for hard cellulite, treatments with deep heat. Rolling treatments.

17. possibilities for increase
The body gets used to constant stimuli very quickly and does not react as strongly after a few wrapping treatments as it did at the beginning. It is therefore necessary to apply other stimuli after a few wrapping treatments, whether you use the next stronger wrapping liquid or a wrapping liquid with different ingredients.

18. moon phases
The Leo and Sagittarius days during waning moon are especially recommended as treatment days. for ladies who like to follow the lunar calendar.

Treatment preparation

1. The number of bandages required depends on the body volume of the client. Place the bandages in a plastic tub and pour lukewarm water over them. The bandages remain in the plastic tub until they are well soaked with water.

2. The bandages are then wrung out very tightly. This is necessary so that the wrapping liquid does not become too watered down.

3. Now fill the measuring bottle with the aroma wrap lotion exactly up to the first mark (approx. 50 ml). Fill up to the 2nd line with water (approx. 70 ml) and shake vigorously.
This amount of liquid is enough for 3 bandages.

4. The contents of the vial are now evenly distributed over the bandages. To make sure that the wrapping liquid is evenly distributed in the bandage, it is advisable to leave the bandages in the plastic tub and turn them over from time to time.

Treatment technique

The steps described below are the same for all aroma wraps except the ice wrap.

1. Skin cleansing
Exfoliate the parts of the body to be treated. If it is not possible to perform a peeling in your studio, we recommend that the client performs a peeling on the body parts to be treated at home before coming for the treatment.
A light brush massage is offered if the client does not want to have a peeling. It is important that the dead skin cells are removed from the skin surface so that the active ingredients can better penetrate the skin.

2. bandaging & wrapping technique
The client is always bandaged while standing. Ideally, the client stands in a slightly straddled position, knees pressed through, with feet parallel. The aromatic oil is applied sparingly to the parts of the body to be treated and lightly massaged in. The motto is: "Less is more!

With the ice wrap, there is no need to apply aromatic oils as there is no hyperaemia of the skin surface.

IMPORTANT: Cover spider veins, varicose veins and bruises!

Ice gel or Celu Ven-Ross (is ice gel with horse chestnut extract) is applied to varicose veins, spider veins and bruises in the thickness of a knife. These two gels adhere very well to the oiled skin and prevent the strong blood circulation of the skin in these areas. The following wrapping technique applies to all aroma wraps.

The moist bandages, well saturated with the wrapping liquid, are now wrapped tightly, but not constricting or constricting, over the lower legs. Thighs, abdomen and buttocks are wrapped up to just below the chest.
Please note that the bandage should be placed loosely around the knee joint area just below the back of the knee or a hand's width below the kneecap so as not to constrict the lymph nodes.
About a hand's width above the knee joint area, reinforce the bandage and wrap tightly up to the groin area. In the groin area, as with the knee joint area, the bandage is placed loosely around because of the lymph nodes and, if possible, once around the buttocks. Fix the end of the bandage by tucking it into the lower bandage wrap. The right leg is wrapped in the same way as the left leg. Bandaging the abdomen

Place the beginning of the bandage diagonally across the abdomen in the right groin area. Now guide the bandage around the waist to the left groin. Now ask the client to pinch the buttocks firmly together. Grasp the fold of the buttocks with the bandage and lift it as high as possible and continue to wrap towards the waist, pulling firmly. Finally bandage the stomach to just below the chest. Wrap the abdomen and buttocks tightly, but without constricting or constricting. In principle, you are wrapping a tight bodice.

Body lift wrapping technique for tummy tuck and sagging belly

Wrap in a standing position as described above.
The abdominal apron/hanging belly is pushed up and wrapped with a bandage soaked in nickel liquid so that it cannot slip down. The bandage is then simply passed around the client's body to just below the breast without any special pulling. With a bandage that you have previously only soaked in water and wrung out particularly tightly, you now wrap over the previously applied bandage as described under "Bandaging the body", o 1.h. You wrap a girdle with a tight pull. The bandage must be damp, otherwise it will not adhere very well to the damp bandage soaked with wrapping liquid.

3. The rest
Do not use any heating instruments such as electric blankets or deep heat The client now lies down on the bed. Wrap the nylon foil over the bandaged body parts and place an additional blanket over it. We recommend that the client's legs are elevated or that a knee roll is placed under the client's knees.
In the case of very slim persons, the cold sensation occurs much earlier due to the lack of a fat layer, and the resting phase will last between 25 and 30 minutes.
For persons of normal weight we recommend 30 minutes, and for obese persons between 40 and 45 minutes.

4. The final treatment - applies to all aroma wraps
After the resting phase, the bandages are removed, the treated parts of the body are dabbed dry if necessary and our after-treatment gel "Celu Gel exklusive" is applied generously. Apply Ice Gel or Celu Ven-Ross again to varicose veins, spider veins and bruises. As an after-treatment, you can also massage in a body ampoule against cellulite or flabby skin before applying Celu Gel exklusive to intensify the effect of the treatment.

The treatment is now complete.

Treatment options - Cellulite

We recommend starting every aromatherapy wrap treatment with the aroma wrap soft. With the aroma wrap soft you avoid overstimulation of the skin surface. It is the ideal preparation for a longer-term therapy.

Furthermore, we recommend choosing the stone oil wrap as a second wrap to specifically decongest, detoxify and deacidify the body.

Treatment example Light cellulite
For sensitive skin: apply Aroma Oil Provincial Herbs
For normal and coarse skin:
Apply Aroma Oil Cellulite
1 aroma wrap soft
1 stone oil wrap
3 - 4 aroma wrap soft
3 - 4 aroma wrap medium
1 stone oil wrap

Additional measures recommended by us:
On the days between the wrapping treatments we recommend the application of our blood circulation stimulating creams or gels such as Celu creme extra, Celu Gel cool hot.
- Daily dry brushing of the problem areas
- Connective tissue massage
- APM massage - Pulling the spleen meridian

Medium cellulite
Cellulite is visually very noticeable, the skin shows dimples and appears cloudy. The pinch test does not hurt yet. With this form of cellulite, treatment with the aromatherapy wrapping method is particularly successful because it reduces the fat cells and at the same time tightens the skin through the compression bandage.
Treatment example
For sensitive skin: Apply Aroma Oil Provincial Herbs
For normal and coarse skin: Apply Aroma Oil Cellulite

1 aroma wrap soft
2 stone oil wraps
4-5 aroma wraps soft
5-6 aroma wrap medium
2 stone oil wraps
4-6 firming wraps
5-6 aroma wrap medium
1 stone oil wrap
4-6 firming wraps
In addition, at the end of each wrap treatment, massage in the contents of a body ampoule against cellulite.
Additional measures recommended by us:
On the days between the wrapping treatments, we recommend applying our blood circulation-promoting creams or gels such as Celu creme extra, Celu Gel cool hot.
- Daily dry brushing of the problem areas
- Connective tissue massage
- APM massage - Pulling the spleen meridian
- Full or partial body lymph drainage

Hard cellulite
Here, the skin often appears very tight During the pinch test, the hardening appears up to the size of a bean. The pinch test is already painful. With this form of cellulite, the aromatherapy wrapping method brings some relief, but it cannot eliminate it. It is advisable to seek medical help here.
However, for ladies who want to try the aromatherapy wrapping method, we recommend a course of treatment as described under "Medium cellulite" with the following additional measures:
- Cupping
- Deep heat treatments
- Rolling
- Movement therapy

Treatment options for abdominal apron or potbelly

1. if the abdominal apron or pot belly is NOT FILLED WITH FAT and stretch marks are also present, we recommend the following:
Apply aroma oil striae (scar oil)
1 aroma wrap soft
1 stone oil wrap
3-4 soft aroma wraps
4-6 firming wraps
4-5 algae wraps
4-6 firming wraps
As an after-treatment, a body ampoule should be massaged in after each wrap to combat flabby tissue.

If there are no stretch marks, we recommend applying the aromatic oil Wild Flower.

The following wrapping technique shall be used:
It is wrapped standing up. The abdominal apron/hanging belly is pushed up and wrapped with a bandage soaked in wrapping liquid so that it cannot slip down, then you simply guide the bandage around the client's body to just below the breast without any special tension. With a bandage that you have previously soaked in water and wrung out very tightly, you now wrap it over the previously applied bandage as described under "Bandaging the body", i.e. you wrap a girdle with a firm pull. The bandage must be moist, otherwise it will not adhere very well to the moist bandage soaked with wrapping liquid.
Additional measures recommended by us
- Targeted gymnastics to strengthen the abdominal wall
- On the days between the wrapping treatments, application of our blood circulation promoting creams or gels, such as Celli creme extra, Celli Gel cool hot, algae firming gel.
2. if the belly skirt or hanging belly is filled WITH FAT, we recommend the following:
- Apply aromatic oil of wild flowers or mountain herbs
- Wrap technique as previously described
- As an after-treatment, a body ampoule should be massaged in alternately after each wrap to combat flabby tissue or hard cellulite.
Additional measures recommended by us
- Targeted gymnastics to strengthen the abdominal wall
- On the days between the wrapping treatments, glass Application of our blood circulation-promoting creams or gels, such as Celli creme extra, Celli Gel cool hot, algae firming gel.
- Targeted weight reduction

Treatment options for varicose veins

1. rock oil wrap

The stone oil wrap only slightly hyperemicises the skin surface and was specially developed for the treatment of varicose veins. Do not forget to cover the varicose veins with Ice Gel or Celli Ven Ross Gel as thick as the back of a knife. Celli Ven Ross Gel is Ice Gel with horse chestnut extract and this strengthens the vein walls.

2. ice wrap

Another recommended treatment option is our ice wrap. With the ice wrap, the application of aromatic oils is unnecessary, as the coldness of the wrap prevents the aromatic oil from being absorbed into the skin surface.

VAdditional measures recommended by us:

Put on support stockings immediately after the wrapping treatment. With this measure, the client achieves that the varicose veins are pushed back longer and are therefore not so visible.

Apply our Celli Ven Ross to the varicose veins daily. Due to the horse chestnut extract it contains, Celu Ven Ross has a strengthening effect on the vein walls, cools and relieves congestion.

Treatment options for spider veins

Intensive treatment: 10 spider vein leg wraps

In order to maintain the success of this intensive treatment for as long as possible, our spider vein gel should be applied daily to the skin areas with spider veins as a further treatment.

The most common treatment errors!

Do not wrap in the following cases:

1. the aromatherapy wrapping method is started and continued with too strong preparations!
The consequences are irritation of the skin, the fat burning process is not activated by the overdose and after a short time the potential for varying the products is exhausted.

2. . the same product is always used for a cure!
This leads to the body getting used to the product and reacting only weakly or not at all to the stimuli.

3. Wrap from the knee!
To ensure an optimal removal of the waste products via the lymph, always start wrapping tightly at the left ankle.
